I ensure that your candle will be bubbled wrapped well & placed in a box & sent with good intentions, to arrive to you in 1 piece.

However, I am not responsible for any breakages, once it leaves my hands.

To date, I have not heard of any mishaps happening, as the ceramics are very solid.

No Returns on items.

If there is an issue, communicating with me is important, so reach out & make contact & will form an outcome from there.
